A worker called Fatima (i believe that was her name) refused to do a return due to an mix up in their own system (since we'd purchased the item only 5 mins ago after standing in extremely long queues) and then had the cheek to start arguing with my partner because he, obviously, was not accepting that behaviour. She showed the most bratty and childish attitude as though we are in high school. She probably still is. Threw our receipt at us, kissing her teeth, snapping and dragging me into the argument 'you not gon'a do anyting?' Argos really needs to reconsider who they hire for their 'customer service' and I shall not be shopping from that branch ever again. You should too.
